Steps to Make Fruit Steamed Cake
Separate egg yolks and whites, add lemon juice to egg whites, and gradually add sugar in three portions to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix milk into egg yolks, then add cake flour and mix well.
Grease the cake mold with olive oil.
Add the stiff egg whites into the cake batter in three portions and mix well.
Line the bottom of the mold with various dried fruits, then pour in the cake batter.
Cover with plastic wrap, poke a few holes with a toothpick, place in a steamer with boiling water, and steam for 25 minutes.
Remove from the steamer.
Slice and serve.
