Detailed steps for cooking Ganzi Braised Pork
Cut the Ganzi diagonally twice and then cut it diagonally in the middle.
Cut the chili pepper, garlic, and ginger and set aside.
Pour the braised pork from two days ago into the pot.

Add the Ganzi.
Stir-fry evenly with appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce (just realized that there is no dark soy sauce, add some for color).
