Detailed Steps for Garlic Cheese Baked Boston Lobster
After buying the lobster, clean it up. There is a method to quickly clean up the lobster. Use tongs to clamp the head of the lobster and put it in boiling water for a while. Then put the whole body in boiling water for one minute and then remove it to urinate. There is a small hole in the tail. Insert a chopstick to release the urine! Clean it up and set it aside in ice water.
Use a kitchen knife to split the lobster in half from the middle, remove the head, and clean it up for later use.
Use a clamp to break it open with a meat hammer so that it is convenient to put cheese on it and bake it.
Line the baking tray with tin foil. I made two lobsters, so ignore the four halves on my baking tray.
Melt the diced butter in a pan over low heat, then pour in the diced onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, and set aside.
Use a small spoon to spread the garlic evenly on the lobster meat, as shown in the picture.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, take it out and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on it, and continue to bake for 5 minutes!
The finished product
The strong garlic flavor combined with the rich cheese makes the lobster meat delicious and tasty!
