Detailed Steps for Cooking Garlic Cheese Lobster
Take one California lobster, wash the outside thoroughly.
Cut along the center line as shown in the photo.
The back can be cut open with scissors.
Make sure to clean the internal organs shown in the photo, try not to break the yellow part.
Here’s a simple tip, place it in a container and heat in the microwave for one minute.
Prepare the garlic, onion, and scallion by dicing them.
Remove the lobster after one minute.
Add olive oil to the pan, pour in the diced ingredients, add soy sauce and vodka, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
Prepare a slice of cheese and cut it into small strips.
Evenly spread the two fried garlic mixtures on the lobster meat, cover half with cheese, now you have two flavors.
Place on a grill and bake over low heat for 8-10 minutes.
