Prepare the above ingredients
Cut the garlic chives into small pieces about 5mm long, mix with some sugar to reduce spiciness.
Cut the meat into small pieces, marinate with the above seasonings for about 15 minutes

Knead the fermented dough, then divide into equal-sized portions.
Flatten the portions
