Detailed Steps for Cooking Garlic Lobster Tails
Remove the heads and veins of the small lobsters, and clean them.
Pour hot oil over the lobster tails and fry over high heat.
Fry until golden brown.
Remove from the oil.
Reheat the oil and fry the lobster tails again.
In the oil used for frying the tails, add half of the garlic, chili flakes, and shredded ginger.
