Detailed Steps for Cooking Garlic Shrimp and Oyster Steamed Vermicelli
Soak the vermicelli.
Rinse the shrimp, marinate with salt and ground pepper for 10 minutes.
Rinse the oysters, marinate with cooking wine, salt, and ground pepper for 10 minutes.
Prepare other ingredients as shown in the picture.
Place the vermicelli at the bottom, then layer with enoki mushrooms.
Steam with cold water for 4/5 minutes, then with hot water for 2/3 minutes.
Prepare the sauce: half of the minced garlic, light soy sauce as needed, a little cooking wine, a little oyster sauce. If available, squeeze a few drops of lemon juice.
Arrange the oysters and shrimp, pour the sauce evenly, with the minced garlic mostly on top of the oysters and shrimp. Steam for 3 minutes.
Heat a pan with plenty of oil, stir-fry all the other ingredients until fragrant, then pour evenly on top.
Finished product. It’s really delicious!
Because I couldn’t finish it alone, I reprocessed it the next day. Soak the vermicelli in a little water to soften, marinate the oysters and shrimp as described above, then place on top. Steam with boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Ready for another meal!
