Detailed Steps for Garlic Sprout Stir-fried Pork
Cut the pork into shreds and marinate with a little salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and starch for half an hour.
Preparation: marinated pork, shredded scallion, sliced ginger, minced garlic. Wash and cut the garlic sprouts.
Heat the oil, stir-fry the ginger slices, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add shredded scallion.
Add the pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Add a small amount of cooking wine and stir-fry until the alcohol evaporates.
Add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry.
Cover the pot with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 30 seconds. Open the lid and stir-fry for about ten seconds, then cover the pot again and repeat the process for about ten times.
Simmer until slightly cooked, then add salt, thirteen spices, chicken powder, and oyster sauce and stir-fry.
I love to use leftover or old garlic sprouts, so I simmer until the skin wrinkles.
