Detailed Steps for Making Garlic Toast Sticks
Grate the garlic into slices (I used a knife for peeling potatoes directly to grate), add salt to taste, and crush.
Add Sichuan pepper powder and ground pepper to taste, mix well.
Add a small amount of cooking oil, mix well (you can use softened butter for better flavor! It just makes you gain weight more easily…)
Cut the toast into sticks (you can trim the edges or leave them).
Brush the sauce on the surface of the toast sticks.
Brush the sauce on the other side as well.
Arrange on a baking rack.
Place in the oven, bake at 180°C for ten minutes, check and bake for another five minutes if not browned.
