Garlic Vermicelli Baby Cabbage – Cabbage with Seafood Flavor Cooking Steps
Chop the garlic into small pieces. Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft. Do not soak it too much. Wash the baby cabbage and cut the root into 8 pieces. Do not let the leaves fall apart.
Put water in a pot and add a spoonful of salt and oil. Cook the baby cabbage until it is soft and semi-transparent. Take it out and drain the water. It is best to use your hands to squeeze out the water and set it aside.
Heat the pan and pour in camellia seed oil or olive oil or any other edible oil. You can put more camellia seed oil and olive oil and less edible oil. Add half of the chopped garlic and stir-fry over low heat until golden brown.
Pour the remaining half of the chopped garlic into a bowl, add a small spoonful of salt, a small spoonful of granulated sugar, a spoonful of seafood powder or chicken essence, a little pepper, and mix well for later use.
Spread the soaked vermicelli on the bottom of the plate and place the cooked baby cabbage on top of the vermicelli.

Steam over high heat for 7-10 minutes.
Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil when serving. You can also sprinkle some chopped green onion.
