Soak the clams in water for a while, add two tablespoons of salt to let them spit out sand. Then rinse thoroughly.
Chop or crush the garlic, cut the chili peppers into pieces, and shred the ginger.
Blanch the vermicelli in boiling water.
Remove the vermicelli and set aside.
Heat the pan, add three tablespoons of oil. Stir-fry the garlic, chili peppers, and ginger over low heat until fragrant.
