All-purpose flour: 108g; Granulated sugar: 38g.
Additional ingredients:
Butter: 40g; Whole egg liquid: 20g; Gingerbread mold: 1.

Gingerbread Cookies Cooking Steps
Measure all ingredients in advance.
Soften the butter at room temperature and mix with granulated sugar. Use an automatic egg beater to beat the butter until fluffy. Mix them well.
Pour in the egg liquid in batches and mix well!
Sift in the all-purpose flour and mix well.
Knead the dough with disposable gloves, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Place the dough on the cutting board, with a piece of oil paper on top and bottom.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, about 2cm thick, and press out the gingerbread man shape with a gingerbread mold.
Place the pressed gingerbread man on a baking sheet (the dough can be re-kneaded and rolled out again to continue pressing). Place a piece of oil paper on the bottom.
Carve out the eyes and mouth with a toothpick, and don’t forget the buttons. ^_^
Preheat the oven in gingerbread cookie mode for 5 minutes, then put the cookies in the middle of the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. The gingerbread cookie mode is 170 degrees Celsius on the top and 165 degrees Celsius on the bottom. Other ovens can be adjusted according to the oven. Pay attention to the color of the cookies in the last 2 minutes, otherwise they will be burnt like mine.
When the time is up, take out the baking sheet and let it cool before eating.
The finished product, although a bit burnt, still tastes great. The kids are very happy. (I made about 8 gingerbread men with this amount).
