Main Ingredients:
Chicken: half; Ginseng: 5 roots; Tianqi: 2 pieces.

Salt: to taste.

Detailed Steps for Cooking Ginseng and Tianqi Chicken Soup
Remove the skin from the chicken and cut into large pieces.
Remove blood and wash off the foam.
Wash the ginseng and soak in hot water until soft, you can reserve the soaking water.
Slice the ginseng for better flavor, and chop the Tianqi into small pieces. (Forgot to take a picture of Tianqi.)
Place the ginseng, Tianqi, and chicken pieces in an electric pressure cooker, and start cooking with the soup function.
After cooking, release the pressure, skim off the fat, and season with salt if desired. (We usually don’t add salt at home.)
Replenish qi and promote blood circulation.
