Steps to Cook Glutinous Rice Chiffon Cake Roll
Delicious Cake Roll
Mix egg yolk, milk, salad oil, and rum evenly, then sift in glutinous rice flour and stir well
Add 75g granulated sugar to egg white in three portions and beat until stiff peaks form
Add 1/3 of the egg white to step 2 and mix well, then pour the remaining egg white into the mixture and stir well
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, pour the batter into a greased baking pan with parchment paper, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the cake and let it cool upside down
Add 10g sugar to fresh cream and beat until 9/10 stiff, then add the cream to the cake
Roll up the cake, wrap it in parchment paper, and let it set for 15 minutes
Spread butter on the outside and decorate with strawberries
