Steps for Making Goji Berry and Red Date Stewed Snow Swallow
Soak the snow swallow, it is recommended to start soaking at 10 pm before going to bed (soaking time for snow swallow is more than 10 hours), one piece per person is enough (the volume of the snow swallow after soaking is 30-50 times the original).
Rinse the soaked snow swallow, and remove impurities with tweezers, then rinse again.
Wash the goji berries and red dates (it is recommended to slice and remove the shells).
Put the washed snow swallow into a stew pot.
Add sliced and shelled red dates, goji berries, stew for 20 minutes, then add rock sugar and stew for another 5-10 minutes.
When the stewing time is up, let it cool for a few minutes and serve.
