Lily Bulb: 1 piece; Glutinous Rice: 50g; Boiling Water: 3 bowls.

Steps to Cook Goji Lily Glutinous Rice Porridge

Clean each petal of the Lily Bulb, discard any rust spots, edges, and roots.
Rinse the Glutinous Rice.
Soak the Red Dates.
Pour the Glutinous Rice into a container.
Cover and freeze in the refrigerator.
Remove from the freezer once frozen.
Place the frozen Glutinous Rice, Lily Bulb, and Red Dates in a rice cooker, add about three bowls of water.
Bring to a boil, stir in one direction, then simmer for about twenty minutes, add rock sugar to taste if desired. (I didn’t add any)
It’s ready to be served in a bowl.
