Detailed Steps for Cooking Golden Beef Floss
Boil the seasoning water with Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, and fennel seeds until the color comes out.
Rinse the beef leg, with well-developed muscles, minimal fascia, and absolutely no fatty meat! Blanch in the boiling seasoning water for 3 minutes, remove, and rinse the surface with cold water.
Put three slices of ginger, fennel seeds, and Sichuan peppercorns in a seasoning box, and place them in an electric pressure cooker with the cleaned beef.
Select the beef, and wait!
Remove the cooked beef, do not waste the broth, you can use it tomorrow! Let it cool a bit.
Put the beef in a food bag, use a rolling pin to press and loosen the beef.
