Steps to Cook Golden Corn Skewers
First, blanch the corn in boiling water for 5 minutes.
After cooking and chopping the corn into small pieces, skewer them with toothpicks.
Skewer all the corn pieces and set aside.
Pour the skewered corn into a larger container, add an appropriate amount of cornstarch, and mix well.
Use a sieve to remove excess starch.
Heat oil in a pan, and when the oil is 5-6 hot, add the corn skewers.
Fry until golden brown and then remove from the oil.
In another pan, add an appropriate amount of sugar and an equal amount of water.
Cook the sugar into syrup, pour it over the fried corn skewers, and stir with a spatula to coat them with the syrup.
Sprinkle some toasted black sesame seeds on top, and the sweet and crispy corn skewers are ready to be served.
