Steps to Cook Golden Pumpkin and Green Bamboo Shoots

Wash the orange and rub it on the cutting board for 5 minutes to make it easier to remove the flesh;
Cut the orange in half;
Carefully remove the orange flesh with a spoon and leave the orange peel as a container;
Use scissors to trim the orange peel into a desired shape;
Squeeze the orange flesh to extract the juice and set aside;
Steam the pumpkin until it is cooked and mash it into a puree;
Pass the pumpkin puree through a sieve to make it smoother;

Blanch the bamboo shoot balls in boiling water
