Prepare all the ingredients and wash the ACA blender cup and blade assembly.
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them into small pieces. Cut the dragon fruit into small pieces and set aside.
Add a little milk to the dragon fruit and pour it into the blender cup. Cover the cup with the lid and tighten it.
Insert the cup into the slot of the main unit and the machine will start blending automatically. After it is done, remove the blender cup by rotating it and turn off the power.
Pour the dragon fruit juice into a small bowl. Tip: If you want to vacuum-seal the juice for later use, first expose the one-way valve on the lid, press the vacuum head nozzle onto the valve, turn on the vacuum head power switch, and vacuum-seal the blender cup. After the vacuum head stops working, rotate the lid to completely cover the one-way valve.
Do the same with the strawberries and make strawberry juice.
Take three spoonfuls of dragon fruit juice and mix it with three spoonfuls of yogurt. The ratio of juice to yogurt is about 1:1. If using a cup with a different capacity, adjust the ratio accordingly.
Do the same with the dragon fruit juice and strawberry juice.
Place a wide-mouth glass at an angle on a small cup to keep it tilted. Use a small spoon to fill the bottom of the glass with yogurt.
Then, use a small spoon to pour the dragon fruit yogurt onto the white yogurt layer, one spoonful at a time. Be careful not to shake the glass and use the spoon to avoid mixing the colors.
Finally, pour the light pink strawberry yogurt on top. Place the glass flat and a beautiful gradient juice yogurt cup is ready to serve.
