Steps for Cooking Grandma’s Fish-Flavored Shredded Pork
Cut the pork into shreds, add a small amount of ginger, 3 tablespoons of tender meat powder, 2 tablespoons of soybean powder, a little salt, and a little oil, mix well and marinate for later use.
