Grape Raisin Loaf Cooking Steps
1: Mix all ingredients except butter and grape raisins into a dough. Add butter and continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic. Add grape raisins and knead evenly.
2: Put the kneaded dough into a container, cover with plastic wrap, and let it ferment until it doubles in size.
3: Gently press down the fermented dough to release air, divide and roll into balls, and place them in a baking pan for final fermentation.
4: Brush the sifted egg liquid on top and bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
