Steps for Cooking Grass Carp and Sour Cabbage Soup
Cut fresh grass carp into small pieces, marinate with yellow wine, Lao Gan Ma chili sauce, soy sauce, and salt for a while.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the fish pieces and fry until both sides are slightly yellow.
Add a tablespoon of doubanjiang chili bean paste and chopped scallions.
