Remove the filling from the Oreo cookies and crush into powder.
Melt the butter over hot water, mix with the cookie powder, and press onto the bottom of a six-inch mold.
Cut the grass jelly and place on top of the mold, then refrigerate in the fridge.
Soak the gelatin sheets in ice water, then heat in pre-measured milk over hot water until melted, stirring occasionally. Do not let the water boil, around 60 degrees Celsius is sufficient.
Soften the cream cheese at room temperature and add sugar.
Beat until smooth.
Gradually add 150g of whipping cream.
Beat until well combined.
Gradually add the melted gelatin milk, preferably while stirring.
Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least three hours.
Add some decorations.
