Detailed Steps for Green Onion Roasted Ribs
Wash and dry the ribs, then pour in cooking wine.
Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt.
Add white pepper powder.
Add spices.
Add meat tenderizer.
Mix all the seasonings evenly and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Cut the green onion into sections the same length as the ribs.
Pour in salad oil and mix well.
Thread the ribs and green onion together, you can also use other vegetables.
Preheat the oven to 200°C, line the baking tray with tin foil and place it on the middle-upper rack.
Bake for about 10 minutes, then brush a little barbecue sauce.
