Steps to Cook Green Pepper Shredded Pork
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Thinly slice the pork, cut the green peppers into strips after removing the seeds, wash and sprinkle with a little salt. Prepare the main seasonings (sweet sauce, black bean sauce, ginger shreds).
Add water starch, cooking wine, white pepper powder, light soy sauce, and a little corn oil to the sliced pork, mix well to marinate.
Heat a wok, add some corn oil, and stir-fry ginger shreds and black bean sauce until fragrant.
Add the marinated pork and stir-fry quickly until cooked.
Add some sweet sauce and continue to stir-fry.
