Detailed Steps for Cooking Green Pepper with Dried Fish
Wash and shred the green pepper.
Soak the dried fish in warm water, wash and drain.
Chop the scallion and garlic and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add the dried fish.
Fry until the dried fish turns golden, then add the chopped scallion and Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry until fragrant, pour in some soy sauce.
Add the green pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
