Steps for Making Green Tea and Vegetable Wontons
Add green tea powder to the flour.
Add water to the flour mixture and knead into a dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Chop the pork into ground meat.
Chop the scallions and ginger into small pieces.
Add the chopped scallions and ginger to the ground pork.
Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, and sesame oil to the ground pork mixture and mix well.
Roll out the dough into thin sheets and stack them together.
Cut the dough into 8 cm segments.
Shake out the dough segments and cut them into trapezoids.
Place the ground pork mixture onto the dough and wrap it up into a wonton shape.
Cut the leftover dough scraps into noodles.
Boil water in a pot and add the wontons. Once the water boils again, add a little cold water and wait for the wontons to float to the surface. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, and sesame oil to the pot.
Transfer the wontons to a bowl and add the blanched vegetables and wood ear mushrooms. Enjoy!
