Dough: High-gluten flour 70g, whole wheat flour 50g, sugar 7g, water 72g, salt 1g, dry yeast 2g, butter 2g, green tea powder 4g
Pour all the dough ingredients except for the butter into the bread machine and start the kneading program.
Mix into an even dough, add the butter, and continue the kneading program.
Knead until the dough can be stretched into a thin film.
Put it in a large bowl for basic fermentation.
The dough grows to twice its size.
Take it out, exhaust it, roll it into a ball, and let it relax for 15 minutes.

Soften the cream cheese at room temperature and add white sugar.
