Steps for Making Green Tea Ice Cream
Heat the milk in a milk pot over low heat.
Add green tea powder and powdered sugar.
Stir with a spoon while heating for 1 minute (do not boil the milk, remove from heat when the milk starts to foam).
Put the whipping cream in a bowl.
Whisk until 60% fluffy.
Slowly pour the cooled green tea milk solution into the cream.
Mix well.
Pour into a pre-frozen refrigerating bucket.
Put it in the ice cream machine.
Cover with the top cover and turn on the power to stir for 20 minutes.
You can observe the stirring process at any time through the feeding port.
