Powdered Sugar: 35g; Granulated Sugar: 50g.

Powdered Sugar: 38g.

Steps to Make Green Tea Macarons
1. Put granulated sugar and egg whites in a container and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Use a mixer to beat the mixture until it forms stiff peaks, about 6 minutes.
3. Add powdered sugar and continue to beat for about 6 minutes.
4. Add sifted almond flour and powdered sugar.
5. Add green tea powder and mix well with a scraper.
6. Put the mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 170/120℃ for about 11 minutes.
8. Sandwich two macaron shells together with filling and decorate with fruit.
