Steps to Make Green Tea Milk Pudding
Prepare the ingredients.
Heat the milk until warm, pour it into the green tea powder and stir well.
Pour the green tea milk mixture into a pot, heat it on low heat, and add the cream and sugar while stirring. The liquid does not need to be heated to boiling. The gelatin will melt at 60-70 degrees Celsius. When it reaches this temperature, pour the gelatin powder in and stir until it is completely melted, then remove from heat. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until it solidifies.
I used a rectangular cake mold and sprayed some oil in it beforehand for easy demolding. Cut half of the finished pudding into small pieces and use it as a topping for milk tea.
The other half can be eaten as a dessert. The milky flavor mixed with the refreshing taste of green tea is soft, tender, and slightly sweet, delicious~
