Steps to make Green tea panna cotta
Mix a small amount of heavy cream and green tea powder in a pot until it becomes a paste.
Add the remaining heavy cream and stir until there are no lumps.
Add granulated sugar and stir until it dissolves.
Then, turn on medium heat and bring to a boil. Immediately remove from heat.
Put the gelatin powder in a small bowl and add 1/4 cup of hot heavy cream. Stir until it becomes a paste.
Add the gelatin paste to the heavy cream in the pot and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Strain the cream mixture and add milk and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Pour the prepared cream mixture into glasses or other containers.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set. Top with strawberries for decoration.
