Grid Temptation – Waffle (Baking Powder Version, 2 Waffles) Detailed Cooking Steps
Melt 10g of butter in the microwave, then add the egg and milk and mix well. I used ordinary flour today to see if it can replace low-gluten flour, and the result is that it can completely replace it, so there is no need to buy low-gluten flour.
Sift the flour, vanilla powder, and baking powder, and mix them with the egg and milk mixture to form a paste. Since the size of the egg, the viscosity of the honey, and the water absorption of the flour are different, if the state after stirring is too dry, add some milk, and if it is too thin, add some flour. The final state is when the batter is scooped up and slowly disappears.
Brush both sides of the waffle mold with oil. The amount of each ingredient on the main ingredient list (including losses such as batter hanging on the bowl) is just enough to make 2 waffles. I used a small mold and had to bake twice. If using a large mold, it can be done in one go.
Scoop the batter onto the mold, and make sure the four corners of the mold are evenly covered with batter.
Bake on medium heat first, flip it over when you hear a sizzling sound, and then bake it again.
Turn the heat to the lowest setting and wait for the white smoke to slowly disappear from the gap in the mold. It takes about 3 minutes for both sides.
The waffle after baking (front). I have seen many methods for making waffles, and there are many differences in the baking process. The methods for baking the two waffles I made today are different, and you still need to slowly explore the baking method and time that suits you, just like baking bread.
This is the back of the waffle, which is obviously not as good-looking as the front. The waffle I made this time (the second time) is obviously better than the first time in baking. I believe the next time I make it, it will be even more beautiful.
Both waffles are done.
Drizzle your favorite chocolate sauce on the waffle.
