Detailed Steps for Grilled Chicken Strips
Wash the chicken breast, remove excess fat, cut into 2 layers, and then cut into small finger-length strips.
Pour olive oil, fish sauce, and black pepper into the chicken strips, mix well, and marinate for a few minutes.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, lightly brush with olive oil, and then lay out the chicken strips, leaving space to prevent sticking.
