Steps for Grilled Eggplant
Prepare all the ingredients.
Wrap the eggplant in tin foil and grill in the oven at 195 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes until soft.
While the eggplant is grilling, chop the garlic and chili pepper, and scallion.
Mix the oil, salt, garlic, and chili pepper together.
Remove the eggplant from the tin foil, cut it open, brush it with oil, and grill it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Add the seasoning and grill for another 8 minutes.
Add chili powder and grill for another 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with scallion, brush with oil again, and grill for another 2 minutes.
