Detailed Steps for Grilled Lamb Skewers
Cut the lamb into small 1cm cubes, mix all the ingredients together, seal with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight to marinate.
Skewer the marinated meat with bamboo skewers, making sure to pack the meat tightly together to prevent it from shrinking too much during grilling.
Place the skewers on the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180℃ for 8 minutes, then at 230℃ for 5 minutes on the top rack, and finally flip the skewers and bake for another 3 minutes at 230℃.
