Grilled Mushrooms Cooking Steps
Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan, place mushrooms gill-side down and fry for two minutes over low heat.
Flip the mushrooms and fry for three minutes over low heat with the mushroom caps facing up. Add a pinch of salt for flavor, or leave it out for a fresh taste.
Finished product, the mushrooms are juicy and flavorful.
