Steps for Grilled Pork Ribs
Blanch the pork ribs.
Put the pork ribs in a pressure cooker with salt and sugar and cook for half an hour.
Take out the pork ribs and marinate them in BBQ sauce for 20 minutes.
Cut the zucchini into 5mm slices.
Also cut the red carrot into 5mm slices.
Brush olive oil on both sides of the zucchini and red carrot, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven at 230 degrees for 20 minutes.
After the pork ribs are marinated, grill each side for 5 minutes (I grilled them directly over fire, but you can also use an oven). Serve with the grilled zucchini, red carrot, BBQ sauce, and celery.
