Ingredients:
8-inch chiffon cake: 1; Whipping cream: 600g; Powdered sugar: 60g.

Strawberries: 250g; Cocoa powder: 5g; Dark chocolate: 10g.

Grizzly Bear Cake Cooking Steps
Prepare the main ingredients. (Wash and drain strawberries, slice the cake into three layers)
Add powdered sugar to the whipping cream.
Whip until it reaches piping consistency.
Place one cake layer and spread the whipped cream evenly.
Add chopped strawberries, press down with a spatula. Cover with the second cake layer, continue to spread whipped cream.
Place the smoothed cake layer aside.
Cut the third cake layer in half.
Spread whipped cream, add diced strawberries and press down with a spatula.
Cover with another cake layer, continue to spread whipped cream.
Place it on the already smoothed cake layer.
Take a small portion of whipped cream and add green food coloring, mix well.
Transfer to a piping bag. (Forgot to take a photo of the cocoa powder part, it’s also a small portion of whipped cream with cocoa powder, mixed well, and transferred to a piping bag).
Melt the chocolate in warm water, transfer to a piping bag, and draw a house and tree outline on the cake.
Use green whipped cream to pipe out a tree.
Use cocoa powder in a piping bag to squeeze out a path in front of the house.
Fill both sides with green grass.
Pipe flower patterns on the cake edges.
Finish with some cocoa powder accents.
Fill the space between the two trees with white cream. Add some small sugar people for decoration.
