Cut the beef into strips and place in a bowl. Add black pepper 1/2 tsp, soy sauce 2 tbsp, salt 1/4 tsp, baking soda 1/3 tsp, cooking wine 2 tbsp, sugar 1/3 tsp. Mix well until the meat is sticky. Add 1 tbsp of water, mix until absorbed, then add another tbsp of water and mix until absorbed. Place in a sealed container and refrigerate overnight. Soak bamboo skewers in water overnight. Cut the onion and red bell pepper into chunks.
Thread vegetable slices onto skewers, followed by a piece of beef, then another vegetable slice, creating a “zigzag” pattern with the beef and vegetables.
Brush the bottom of a baking pan with vegetable oil and place the assembled beef skewers on it.
In a small bowl, mix teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp, honey 2 tbsp, soy sauce 2 tbsp to create a glaze for the beef skewers.
