Ingredients:
Dried Yan: 6g; Bingtang (rock sugar): 10g; Jujube: 3 pieces; Guiyuan (dried longan): 4 pieces.

Guiyuan Hongzao Stewed Bingtang Yanwo Cooking Steps
1. Soak the white Yan in mineral water for 3-4 hours, drain the water and put it in a bowl.
2. Put the Yanwo in a stew pot and stew it in Yanwo clear water at a ratio of 1:1 for 15 minutes. (Slow stewing over low heat can increase the smoothness and elasticity of Yanwo)
3. Add Bingtang, jujube, and Guiyuan and stew for another 5 minutes. You can add an appropriate amount of water. It can be served hot or cold after refrigeration.
