Prepare the ingredients.
Except for the butter, mix all ingredients in a dough mixer for 20 minutes, then add the butter and continue kneading until smooth.
Let it ferment until doubled in size, then punch down the dough.
Divide the dough into two portions, shape into rounds, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough, sprinkle with cheese and ham cubes, roll it up, dust with high-gluten flour, cut, let it ferment until doubled in size, then bake.
