Hamburger Patty Cooking Steps
Chop the onion into small pieces.
Saute the onion in salad oil until it turns golden brown, then take it out and let it cool.
Soak the bread crumbs in fresh milk until slightly moist.
Mix the ground beef, ground pork, egg, pepper, salt, nutmeg, bread crumbs, and onion from step 2 in a container until it becomes slightly sticky. Divide the mixture into 4-5 equal portions using your hands.
Take one portion of the mixture and add a little salad oil to your hands. Use both hands to pat the mixture like playing catch, removing any air bubbles. Then shape it into a thick oval ball and press the center with your fingers to make a slight dent. You can store the hamburger patties in the refrigerator after shaping them.
Heat the pan over high heat and add 2 tbsp of oil. Add the hamburger patties and cook over medium heat until the bottom of the patties turns brown and slightly puffs up. Flip the patties over and cook over low heat, covered, for 10 minutes.
Pour the onion sauce over the cooked hamburger patties and stir slightly.
※ Sauce Recipe: 1. Wrap the whole onion in two layers of aluminum foil. 2. Bake the onion in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about one and a half hours. 3. Put the baked onion and seasonings in a blender and blend until it becomes a thick soup.
