Detailed Steps for Making Happy New Year! Super Soft Milk Pudding (Original and Matcha Flavors), No-Bake Dessert
Soak 10g of gelatin sheets in 100g of water until softened.
Heat 200g of milk, 100g of whipping cream, 20g of condensed milk, and 20g of granulated sugar in a pot until it just starts to boil, then turn off the heat.
Squeeze the softened gelatin sheets to remove excess water, then add them to the hot milk mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
Pour half of the milk mixture into cups.
Add 4g of matcha powder to the remaining milk mixture (I added 6g of matcha powder, which resulted in more sediment, but it still tasted good). Stir until fully dissolved. If the matcha powder doesn’t dissolve completely, heat the mixture again until it does.
Pour the matcha milk mixture through a sieve into the cups.
Refrigerate for 3 hours (I refrigerated for too short a time, so the pudding didn’t fully set, but it still tasted good).
Soak the pudding cups in hot water for about 40 seconds, then invert them onto a plate to release the pudding.
Enjoy the delicious and chewy pudding!
