Mix glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour, and sugar with water to form a paste.
Divide the mixture into three portions. Mix one portion with pink food coloring until light pink.
This portion is mixed with matcha powder. The lighting near the window was not very good, so it’s not very clear.
This portion is mixed with cornstarch, resulting in a light yellow color.
After steaming the four portions, remove and let them cool slightly before filling.
I used red bean paste as the filling. You can use any filling you like, such as lotus seed paste or mung bean paste.
