Prepare a fish head, preferably a large one
Gastrodia, Chuān Gōng, Bai Zhǐ, as needed, adjust according to the number of servings or the size of the pot
Soak in clean water for 5-10 minutes and then wash thoroughly
After washing all ingredients, place them in a stew pot. If you prefer a milky white soup, you can fry them in oil before stewing. I prefer stewing without frying
Place two slices of ginger in the stew pot and add an appropriate amount of cold water
