Steps to Make Healthy Croissants
Prepare the ingredients. Soften the butter in advance. Add salt to the flour. Mix yeast, baking soda, and sugar. Stir well and knead with warm water.
Take the kneaded dough and mix in the butter on a cutting board.
After mixing in the butter, let the dough ferment in a warm place for half an hour. Make sure to knead it evenly.
Divide the fermented dough into equal parts.
Roll the dough into triangles and roll them from the top down.
After making all the croissants, let them ferment in a warm place for another hour.
Take out the fermented dough. Beat the egg and brush it on the surface. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, put the croissants in, and then turn the heat to 180 degrees and bake for five minutes to set.
After setting, take them out and brush them with egg again. Bake for another five minutes, then take them out and brush them one last time. After brushing, continue baking for five minutes.
