Steps for Cooking Healthy Tofu Dessert – Tofu Yogurt Pudding
Take one block of tofu and blanch it in boiling water for 5 seconds, then remove and let it cool.
Puree the tofu in a blender (until very smooth).
Add yogurt and strawberries and continue blending until smooth and without lumps.
Soak the gelatin sheets in hot water until soft.
Take a small portion of the tofu yogurt mixture and put it in a microwaveable bowl. Squeeze the water out of the gelatin sheets and add them to the bowl. Microwave on high until the gelatin sheets are melted.
Mix the gelatin sheets thoroughly with the tofu yogurt mixture, then add the rest of the mixture and mix well.
Cook the milk, matcha powder, and agar powder over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils. Boil for 30 seconds, then remove from heat and let it cool until it solidifies.
Let it cool until it solidifies.
Cut the strawberries into half-moon slices for decoration.
Press the mold into the milk matcha jelly.
Stick the half-moon strawberry slices onto the mold walls.
Fill the mold with the tofu yogurt mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until it sets.
Remove the mold and decorate with strawberries and matcha powder.
