Mix honey and oil evenly. I only had a little honey at home, so I added some more to satisfy my taste buds. If you want to lose weight more strictly, you can skip this step. I used flaxseed oil, which is less greasy and healthier.
Pour the evenly mixed honey and oil into the bowl of oatmeal, stir well, and let each grain be coated with flavor.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius with both upper and lower heat. Bake for 10 minutes, then take it out and flip it over to prevent it from burning for too long. Put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. If you want to add nuts, add raw nuts during the second baking and add roasted nuts after baking. If you want to lose weight, don’t add nuts as they are high in calories. After baking, let it cool and store it in a sealed container. It’s that simple.
